Online Coaching, Session Recordings, and Confidentiality

Video Conferencing: For online coaching, we utilize platforms such as Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, or similar services. These platforms may collect technical and usage data as part of your participation pursuant to their own policies and terms, over which My Change Journey LLC has no control. I encourage you to review the privacy policies of any platform we use together.

Session Recordings and Notes: With your knowledge and, where required, your consent, coaching sessions, masterclasses, workshops or any online program or Service we offer (individual or group) may be recorded for quality assurance, training, or record-keeping. These recordings and related notes are retained for the duration of your coaching engagement and for a commercially reasonable period thereafter—typically up to three years—unless a different period is required by law. After this period, recordings and notes may be securely deleted, shredded, or de-identified.

Confidentiality and Limitations: I recognize the deeply personal nature of coaching. While I am committed to exercising the utmost discretion, please understand that confidentiality in coaching is not protected by law in the same way as doctor-patient, attorney-client or therapist-client privilege. I take reasonable steps to safeguard your information, but absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. Further details, including any exceptions and your responsibilities, are provided in our Terms of Use and Coaching Agreement.
